The credit card option is not showing anymore in our checkout, despite it being enabled inside of woocommerce.
recently updated our wordpress theme (royal mulitpurpose theme) to current 2.7 version which is likely when change occurred.
I’m having trouble getting the payeezy g4 to work. I am able to generate the html code but when i test it i get the following error message;

WooCommerce has a plugin you would have to buy from them. I believe it’s $79 the last time i checked.

You can do all of this stuff if you wish (For free). You would have to purchase the plug-in from WooCommerce.
You will need to follow these simple steps to remove any plug-in from your site.
Click on the Plugins on the left hand side of your dashboard.
Next go to the plugin you would like to remove and Deactivate the plugin.
Once that is done. You will then click on Delete on that same plugin.

Hi, DJ, I recently installed the GAteway E4 to our site and when I try to edit the HTML by clicking the “Current HTML file >> Edit file” I see this when it directs me to the editor: Editing globe-gateway-e4/current_html.php (inactive) Even though it is active. When I click “Update file” I get this error-> “invalid_plugin”
I figured it out. Have to select the plugin and file within when your using the editor.

Hello! We’ve been using Payeezy gateway plugin for a long time. It works great! And makes the process so much easier!
we’ve been having issues with passing the variables from our website to the payeezy site. The only variable that is being passed is x_amount and other variables have not been passed at all.
It was working fine until at least a couple months ago. Any ideas?

Check the file modified date. It sounds like someone who has access to your site, went to the plug-in tab and generated new code. To fix this. You will need to go back to the plug-in tab and re-select the options you had.

Hello Dj thanks for the excellent plugin. I need to customize the form template and when I try change the HTML it get an error code that says “invalid_plugin” any help here?
Perhaps I’m unclear on how this is supposed to work, but I’ve created a form for folks to fill in with information about their business. The click submit and it does indeed take them to Firstdata page that will process their payment. This piece works beautifully. but what happens to all that data i gathered about the business, we need this for their sponsorship ad. I guess I was expecting it would be emailed somewhere? I’ve provided a link below for a test page I’ve created. love the plugin!!

You receive an email from the gateway with the information you asked for. The email address you provided on the payment page on will receive the email. Or, you can select Merchant E-Mail from the plugin setup page and enter the email address you would like to use for the notification.

could you please provide some direction? I was told there is an issue with the plugin and to reach out to you.

This only happens when someone stays on the confirmation (loading) page for more than 15 mins.

The latest update 2.0 is on WordPress. I have a development is posted there. I’ve been in the process of addressing a few things (cosmetic mostly).
The plugin hasn’t been updated in 2 years because everything works no one has had any issues.
