  • HEY DJ! GREAT PLUGIN! I’M HAVING SOME TROUBLE GETTING IT SET UP FOR MY CLIENT – I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR ON MY PAYMENT PAGE. WONDERING IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO HELP ME GET THIS WORKING ON MY SITE THIS WEEK, AND IF SO, WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?

  • The credit card option is not showing anymore in our checkout, despite it being enabled inside of woocommerce.

recently updated our wordpress theme (royal mulitpurpose theme) to current 2.7 version which is likely when change occurred.

  • I’m having trouble getting the payeezy g4 to work. I am able to generate the html code but when i test it i get the following error message;

    Unable to proceed with payment

We cannot proceed with payment because of technical difficulties.
    Please try again later

    Hosted Checkout Test Assistance

    Hosted Checkout test mode detected.

Hosted Checkout uses security mechanisms to block repeated payment attempts. During integration with Hosted Checkout these may interfere with development and testing from time to time.

The result is that you may see this page, independently of whether your shopping cart, or other integration server, is configured properly.

To continue testing and developing your Hosted Checkout integration, you should try following this link to reset your session.

I also can’t add payeezy as a payment gateway.

this is my first ecommerce store and i’m a newbee to this so any help will be gladly appreciated.

  • Good Afternoon John,

My WordPress does not integrate with WooCommerce.
    My plug-in is a stand-alone product.

The Gateway E4 is compatible with woocommerce. (Payeezy is Gateway E4)
WooCommerce has a plugin you would have to buy from them. I believe it’s $79 the last time i checked.
It uses (Global Gateway e4 | Payeezy Gateway | Clover Gateway) API.

Here’s the link on how to download it. https://www.woothemes.com/products/firstdata/
You can buy it and I can install it and make sure everything works for $110.

or I can buy it. If I buy it and install it for $210.

You will need an SSL for your. Once the SSL is installed i can get it work.

Or you install and configure everything your self for free.

If you have any other questions please email me or call.

  • My WordPress Plug-in does not integrate with WooCommerce.
    My plug-in is a stand-alone product.

The Gateway E4 is compatible with woocommerce. Payeezy is Gateway E4. The just change the name. All of the code etc are still the same. WooCommerce has a plugin you would have to buy from them. I believe it’s $79 the last time i checked (Today).

You can do all of this stuff if you wish (For free). You would have to purchase the plug-in from WooCommerce.

  • You will need to follow these simple steps to remove any plug-in from your site.

Click on the Plugins on the left hand side of your dashboard.
Next go to the plugin you would like to remove and Deactivate the plugin.
Once that is done. You will then click on Delete on that same plugin.

Please let me know if this helps.
